The Terran Enforcer (TE) is the ultimate ranged Warrior-class pilot within Earth & Beyond. Their ships provide a good balance of weapon power, armor, speed, maneuverability, and cargo space. The lack of level 9 reactor technology, combined with power-hungry missiles as the primary damage source, will put a damper on the capabilities of the TE, but their Rally skill, which reduces group signature, enhances critical targeting, and increases damage resistance, make them a valuable group member in combat. Their missile expertise also enables them to start hitting an enemy at long range and when facing in any direction. Combined with their speed, this makes them adept at staying out of range of the enemy's armaments while still being able to hit them hard. Their Hacking and Biorepression skills are instrumental in disabling foes so they can be picked off from a distance.

Terran Enforcer Character Creation

Disadvantages

  • Only level 8 reactors.
  • Favoured weapon, missiles, place a heavy load on the reactor.
  • Only level 8 devices.
  • High radar signature, which is exacerbated when high-speed Terran engines are used. This can be useful where a TE is leading a group of less-powerful ships and it is desirable to have the most powerful ship, or "tank" be the most visble to enemies. If stealth is required however, the TE's higher visibility can be mitigated somewhat by the use of low-signature Jenquai engines (some of which also have a signature-reduction buff), or solar sails (which have a scan-signature of zero).

Getting Started

Terran Enforcers can be started via the Starship and Character Creator program or, more easily, through the regular game menus. Ship and character modifications can be made later at certain stations (particularly in home sectors) with special terminals in the Docking Bay area. Should you wish to use the starship creator program, see the instructions in the forums at this link for one effective method: http://forum.enb-emulator.com/index.php?/topic/7262-how-to-create-the-3-new-classes-npc-skins/
