Steps

1. Pest Extermination Step 1 - Talk to Mister Fleer in Jagerstadt City (Zweihander Planet, Alpha Centauri)
   • Talking with Mister Fleer gives you the projectile skill and a Gull Popper PL.
2. Pest Extermination Step 2 - Buy pellets from the vendor and kill gulls. Return to Fleer with 5 gull wings.
