First Sergeant Kasigo is going to teach you how to build weapons. Visit her at Nav Luna Hub in Luna. (Sol)
This mission starts as a flashing *MESSAGE* button next to *EMOTE* in your top bar, when you get close to Nav Luna Hub
Steps
- Do you think you've mastered everything First Sergeant Kasigo told you? If so, talk with her again.
- Rewards 500 Trade XP.
- Kasigo sent you in to learn how to build a Good ML Type X1. You should be able to find one of those in stock at the Luna station Weapons vendor.
- Buy a Good ML Type X1 from the weapons vendor Olisi Valtz in the Luna Station Bazaar
- Walk all the way down to Johnny Watt, the L1 components vendor, and buy components to make two MLs; two each of Proton Graphite Missile Guide, Ultra Repeler, and Vortex Shield Max Casing
- Take the Good ML Type X1 to the Analyze terminal on the Main Deck and analyze it (if you fail, buy another and repeat)
- Analyzing the launcher gives 3,000 Trade XP and Explore XP.
- Take the components you bought to the Manufacturing terminal and build two Good ML Type X1
- Return to First Sergeant Kasigo, she'll inspect your new ML to make sure it's up to snuff.
Notes
- As follow-up, Sergeant Kasigo instructs you to build another Good ML Type X1 and return to her. She will then instruct you on how to use them. In order to get her to offer the next mission move your ship and then stop again within 1k of her, you should get another *MESSAGE* button pop-up offering Missile Weapon Techniques. If you followed the steps here and built two you can avoid having to return to the station again by just moving one of them in your cargo after you have the next mission.
