Terran Enforcer End-Game Gear Guide
This is the guide for equipping the ultimate ranged warrior! The main role for a TE is dealing extreme DPS while also disabling the enemy so in this guide we'll cover the best equipment for that as well as some more reasonable replacements for those still reaching for the highest level.
Weapons L9
Picking weapons to get the best damage for a TE is pretty straightforward. For the most damage starting out get one ML off the turbo list(higher the better) and four No. 1 Most Prize ML Type Zets. Do note though the hard part for a TE is using a level 8 reactor with 5 L9 MLs and not running out of juice!
Turbo Weapons
- Black Caster, 40% Turbo, ~193 DPS, Plasma/EMP/Explosive/Chemical, 3.53 Missile Accuracy Levels
- Smiter's Wrath @ Fishbowl Raid, 40% Turbo, ~191 DPS, Plasma/Explosive/Chemical, 40% Missile Energy Conservation

- Hellbore 50.85 DPS, Weaken Plasma(activated) -43.0, Enhance Missiles +30%, Boost Missile Range +38%, Improved Missile Handling +3.5k Skill levels; Tradable ; Weak DPS, uses vendor ammunition only. Slow firing, hilarious to watch. Nice for the long-range plasma debuff.
- Ya Zi Long's Hellbore 72.36 DPS, Weaken Plasma -43.7, Recharge Reactor +7.3, Improved Hacking +124% success, Improve Rally +2.80 levels; non-tradable; Take hellbores for the buffs/debuffs, cool effects, and easily obtained ammunition. The DPS is horrible, but the rally and hacking buff can be useful in group or raid action.

Shields L9
- Revenge of the Fallen IX 120,131 Capacity, Shunt Shields(instant) ; This is 'the other skull shield', a turn-in of a very rare drop from the GoBB raid. The 'shunt shields' works like a Martyr's heart, on a different cooldown than that device.
- Black Force IX (121,800 Cap, 5% Turbo, Increases Accuracy by 3.9 Missile Skill levels, +5k Shield Cap)
- Invincible Bastion (120,131 Cap, 150% Hull Damage Control, Swap on for 5% Turbo)
- Dragon's Dread Mail Elite Mk IX (114,411 Cap, Swap on for 15% Turbo, +10k Shield Cap)
- Prototype SU 9 (122,991 Cap)
- No 1 Most Amazing Shield Model Z 100,684 capacity, 573 recharge, Equipment Engineering(activated), Boost Missile Range +40%; An easy-to-get crafted shield. Likely your first level 9 shield, to be upgraded once raiding.

Note if not using a Terran Advantage III you'll probably want to have a Dung Cannon, or either a Model Z Shield or Supernova Reactor to keep up your range. (If you are running a Hellbore you will have the ML range you want, so take your pick of engines. Intent for the resolute is a great option for the reactor buffs.)

Alternate Gear
Weapons
The most important buff you need is the 40% Turbo Missiles which comes easiest from having a player build a level 8 Dragon's Spite but it can also be extremely easy to find a level 9 Smiter's Fury as guilds doing that raid often just float the ML in Cooper near the Tada-O Gate.
The other important buffs given by weapons that are worth considering is Improved Rally, Improved Hacking and debuffs to plasma.
Rally can be buffed with Ya Zi Long's Hellbore for 2.8 levels or with Most Terrific ML Class Z3 for 2.79 but you may want to use a Viper Engine for 4.83 levels or even the Shark Fin Device for 3 Rally levels instead of losing so much DPS.
Hacking can be buffed with Ya Zi Long's Hellbore for 124% or the level 8 Enforcer's Retort for 114%. Do note the Terran Advantage engine gives a smaller 47% boost to Hacking as well.
Plasma debuffs are given by Ya Zi Long's Hellbore -43.7 Plasma Deflect, and Hellbore -43.0 Plasma Deflect but there are also two devices which give -45 Plasma Deflect the Pulsing Bullywere Eye and Chang Lung's Pride. The Dung Flinger ML gives -31 Plasma Deflect.
One other option others often take is to replace Zet's with Ten-Gu Bile Launchers as their ammo is easier to manage though they do slightly less DPS.
Sting of the Mordana, 118 DPS, This has Enhance Missiles(30%)(32.5 @ 125 Quality) and can use EMP. If you do not want to use an Intolerance Mk. VIII device and/or need EMP this can be a good option. Also has a 7k shield cap buff(7762@125).
(This doesn't Exist)Lastly, 1M1HSP13N is worth considering swapping a Zet or your Turbo gun to get.
Shields
The two player made No 1 Most Amazing Shield Model Z and the Diamond Scale shields are a good starting point as you work towards either an Invincible Bastion or Black Force IX.
Reactors
If you can't get a Tang's Vigor built then try getting an Ambush Beta built instead as it is a good option too.
Engines
If you are constantly running out of energy an Intent for the Resolute could be a good choice but have to give up a lot for this slot since the Terran Advantage III engine is amazing.
Leveling Gear

- L4 Petit-Grand Ogun or Superb ML Type B (MUCH higher damage than Ogun)
- L4 Claimjumper's Fury IV (reduce ML energy cost by 10%, ammo requires PM comp, pretty easy to get made via ripping comps for ore)
- L5 Onyx Ogun or More Superb ML Type B (MUCH higher damage than Ogun)
- L6 Big Bertha Prime or Most Superb ML Type B (Big Bertha wins on damage but requires PL comp, pretty easy to get made)
- L7-L8 Type A's
- L7 Claimjumper's Reward Seven (+reactor recharge and +ML accuracy = incredible)
- L8 Enforcer's Retort (keep in vault as you will use at L9, its the best +hacking item in game, does more damage than Ya Zi Long's Hellbore)
- L8 Dragon's Spite (+40% ML turbo)

Decrease warp engage/cooldown
- Lazarus devices also provide increased warp speed (Turbo Warp) but not as much as Dolphin/Roadrunner Plus devices (below) so you'll typically want both for top speed.
Fast warp, reduce warp cost
- Dolphin and Roadrunner Plus devices both provide these effects, but have different pros/cons at different levels.
- L1-L2 DV-WP-X1 "Roadrunner Plus" Mk. II (at these levels the Dolphin devices have debuffs that the RR+ doesn't have)
- L3-L4 DV-WP-X2 "Roadrunner Plus" Mk. IV or Dolphin Tail L4 (they are identical and equally easy to obtain at these levels)
- L5-L6 Dolphin Tail L6 (debuffs on the Dolphin devices are less painful than RR+ at these levels)
- L7-L8 DV-WP-X4 ''Roadrunner Plus'' Mk. VIII or Dolphin Tail L8 (they are identical, with the RR+ being slightly easier to obtain at these levels)

- L3-L6 Eagle Wing (activated speed boost, quite amazing to get in/out of range quickly). IMPORTANT: Player must double tap and then hold direction key for this to work. Best to test getting this to work before trying in combat.

- L7 Blinding Speed (even faster than eagle wing)
