Originally backed by GETCo, the Hyperia Explorers faction has two mandates in its charter. First, to colonize a new system in order to give GETCo a foothold against InfinitiCorp. Second, to create an explorer class within Terran Society. Compared to the other races’ Explorer classes, Hyperia is free of the pseudo-religious overtones of the Sha'ha'dem, and the obsessions and ethical quandaries of the Sabine.
