Silas Craven is an NPC found in Altair sector, 20k south of Altair 3 inside Eremites Outpost, with Elbon Muska (NPC) beside him.

He is also a CL62 spawned mob in the mission Chavez: The Struggle Within located in Ceres/Thule sector, and drops the highly prized L8 Baron Kriminel's Afefe engine, one of the two fastest Level 8 engines, with a 4250 warp speed.

It MUST be tagged (attacked and damaged in some way) by that character before anyone else can damage it as it will be immune to attacks from all other characters. This also means that only one character can do this encounter at a time. After each spawn other characters must warp away and return to the spawn location and it is recommended that only one character does this at a time.
