The Baron Kriminel's Baka device is a random collateral loot drop from the mission Chavez: The Struggle Within. To obtain that mission you will need Chavez faction >= 4000. Pilots with insufficient Chavez faction cannot enter Ceres/Thule sector.

Buffs:

• Scan Boost (Activated): Gives 25% more radar range for 1560 seconds to target when activated.
• Reduce Ship Signature (Equip): Gives a ship 20% less radar footprint when equipped.
