- Present them to Josher (he's in OMP) on behalf of Curator Whitley
- Return to Curator Whitley

- The level of the device you receive is equal to your character's Device Tech Level. If you have Device Tech Level 7 you get a L7 device. If you have Device Tech Level 8 you get a L8 device.
- a L9 Snugs 'N Hugs Deluxe Plush Twinkles gives a (activated) 9% Hull Damage Control buff to the targeted group member for 2160 seconds. A L8 Snugs 'N Hugs Deluxe Plush Sparkles gives 8% for 1920 seconds. It stacks with passive/equip Hull Damage Control
