Overview

In order to get into the Ceres/Thule sector you will need Chavez faction >= -1999 (minus 1999).

The actual game data for this sector has an extra space at the end, "Ceres/Thule " which shows up in the message upon entering a new sector: "We have entered Ceres/Thule Sector (Sol System)."
