Description
These dissidents of the Progen Republic are united under Proconsul Quintus Seritorius (Former Warrior Class General in the Progen Republic) and Marcus Perpenna Vento (Quintus' Second in Command). Together these two individuals are uniting the remaining "Rogue Progen" and "Renegade Progen" into a formidable force, sharing a common goal, to change "the ways" of the Republic.
