• You need to either possess or borrow a Contained Voltoi Essence (CVE) device, in order to get past the 3rd step in the Servants of Old mission. You MUST have one to trade in, for the final step, to get the Level 8 Waking Nightmare device, which has a longer-lasting "Turbo Weapons" buff. Completing this mission also allows the character to activate the Ghost of Blackbeard Raid.
