This raid is triggered in Dahin Sector, Capella System SW of nav Hau by flying near the Ascendant Voltoi to the with a Synthesized Crystal device in your cargo hold or equipped.
In order to obtain a Synthesized Crystal you must kill one of the Mordana Purifier Philosophers and loot it.
The Synthesized Crystal will be removed from your inventory and the Psi Shield protecting the Ascendant Voltoi will lower allowing you to attack it. When the Psi Shield is lowered this will not immediately make the Ascendant Voltoi aggressive.
Most Desired item from this raid:
- Imbued Synthesized Crystal (used to build the L9 Intent for the Resolute engine and L9 Aspiration of the Faithful reactor)
Tips
Setup
- Usually works best with at least 2 groups. One group handles the boss and the other can kill the guards he summons before joining in on the boss as well.
- Best damage is plasma (L9 Chimaera + Chili Popper debuffs. Emp/impact/explosive can be used but it's not needed. This is a quick raid.
- As always with raids it is best to have Progen Warriors flying the formations and tanking.
- Good idea to have more Terran Enforcers than you bring to other raids as Biorepression can prove invaluable for preventing damage.
Strategy
- The raid is only two waves and six total enemies.
- All bosses need to have Biorepression used on them by multiple Terran Enforcers to reduce damage and prevent Menance being used.
- You'll want to have someone use L5 or L7 Gravity Link for the Explosive and Impact debuffs if you are using either of those damage types, but Plasma is recommended.
- During the second wave TEs should alternate using L6 & L7 Biorepression. L7 to disable the Enraged Ascendant Voltoi's weapons and L6 to slow the four Voltoi Scion's weapons.
