You are tasked to find Tang Kai Heng and put a stop to his hostilities. Find out where he is, how to get him to come out of hiding, and then eliminate the problem. if the head is severed, the rest of the operation should fall apart. [REPEATABLE}
Steps
- Obtain 1x L4 Liu Leung's Gold Signet Ring (its Red).
- Dropped from the CL20 Shang Lo Ceremonial Guard Red Dragon in Tarsis at Nav Shang Lo Lan
- Obtain 1x L4 Bai Leung's Gold Signet Ring (its light blue/turquoise).
- Dropped from the CL18 Yee Lo Elite Red Dragon which are also in Slayton at Nav Slayton 6
- Also drops from the CL25 Dai Lo Advanced Red Dragon in Shepard at Particle Ring 3
- Take the Signet Rings to Markus Kahn on Arx Tiberius as collateral to borrow the experimental device
- Intelligence reports seem to favor the Surti Alpha moon in Muspelheim as a likely location for the Red Dragons to be operating from. Investigate around the moon and surrounding nav points.
- Click Scan at nav Surti Alpha 2 to spawn the group of enemies
- Defeat Tang Kai Heng
- Tang Kai Heng is CL51 and spawns with 2x 48s and 2x 50s. The guards are easy to kill/should be killed first.
- drops Tang's Vigor (L8 Reactor) or Tang's Alacrity (l8 device).
- If done in group each member will have to scan/summon Tang Kai Heng (credit for the kill is NOT shared).
- IMPORTANT: all of the guards must be killed before the next summon can occur.
- The guards will de-spawn after about 15 minutes. If any of the guards are up, and another person scans the nav, they will be told another player is doing the mission and to try again later. If they receive this message they will have to log out/back in for the scan icon to appear again for their attempt. All mobs are RD faction/RD faction hit. If another player tries to scan/summon Tang Kai Heng, while his guards are still up, they will not be able to. They will need to re-log for the scan icon to appear again.
- With Tang Kai Heng defeated, return the Experimental Tachyon Detector to Gratis Augusts Var.
