Level 4 Device

The only vendor of this Level 4 device is the Veil Trader in Kitara's Veil sector. It does not drop from mobs.
Buffs:
- Improved Navigation: Increases Navigation skill by 1.93(2.57) or provides an improvement to warp pathing for classes without the Navigate skill.
Restrictions:
None.
Other information:
The Navigation Computer range of devices is made in two levels:
- L4 Navigation Computer (can be upgraded to the L7)
- L7 Navigation Computer Mk. II
This device is either bugged or provides an unlisted benefit to (at least) characters with level 5 navigate. I got around 900 additional warp speed for equipping the level 4 version of this device on a TT (which only gets Navigate 5).
