The mission-chain that leads up to being able to take the Tang Kai Heng mission takes a long time to complete (one reporter said seven hours). Reactor builders wanting a sample of this reactor to map & who haven't done the prerequisite mission-chain are advised to find a friendly qualified pilot to re-run the Tang Kai Heng mission to spawn the boss (providing the required rings will make this very easy).

Reactor Renewal (Equip) - +4.6(+6.1)% Reactor Recharge when equipped.
Increase Reactor Capacity (Equip) - +700(+931) Reactor Capacity when equipped.
Increase Speed (Equip) - Increases ship top speed by 108(146) when equipped.
