• Equipment Engineering (Equip): Reduces equipment install time by 60(80)% when equipped.

Other information:
This range of reactors is named after legendary beasts associated with horses and/or water, and are made in a number of series and levels. The common feature to all is a passive Equipment Engineering buff. All except the Kelpie series have an activatable Turbo Warp buff in common, as well.
