• L8 Mark of the Dragon
• L8 Seal of the Dragon

• IMPORTANT: This is the best Hull Damage Control item a Progen can get outside of a raid. Jenquai and Terran's can use the Sai'Li's Circle device (+143% HDC).
• Note: You can only apply the activatable effect to yourself and other grouped members. Two minute cooldown timer before it can be used again.
