The home faction of any class/profession will reward you with Trade XP and Faction points for any Half-Eaten Space Suits which relate to their race. You will commnonly find these items inside hulks, the wreckage of destroyed mining ships.
The four varieties of space-suits are:
- L8 Half-Eaten Jenquai Space Suit - you may choose to offer these to the representative of either the
- Sha'ha'dem Explorers (home faction for JEs)
- Sharim Traders (home faction for JSs)
- Shinwa Warriors (home faction for JDs)
- L6 Half-Eaten Progen Space Suit - you may choose to offer these to the representative of either the
- Centuriata Warriors (home faction for PWs)
- Collegia Traders (home faction for PPs; *see below)
- Sabine Explorers (home faction for PSs)
- L7 Half-Eaten Terran Space Suit - you may choose to offer these to the representative of either the
- EarthCorps Warriors (home faction for TEs)
- Hyperia Explorers (home faction for TSs)
- InfinitiCorp Traders (home faction for TTs)
- L9 Half-Eaten Alien Space Suit - its status as a turn-in item is unknown (Aug 2023). This item might only have a Cash + TradeXP value with an NPC vendor. Should you come across one of these, please try handing it in at the V'rix Oracle in Witberg sector, and be ready to write down what Trade XP and faction points are awarded (if accepted). Please then update this page with the information!
Notes:
- Pilots studying Agrippa technology, particularly Progen Sentinels, are advised to maximise their Collegia faction by giving their Half-Eaten Progen Space Suits to Zieg, the Collegia Traders representative at Arx Magister.
- Class representatives will give you Trade XP regardless of whether the space suits have previously been traded or not. You can therefore get extra trade experience by trading your suits to another pilot first, getting that pilot to trade them back to you, and only then submitting them to the relevant faction representative.
- If you sell space-suits to an NPC vendor, as well as the usual Trade XP, you will receive only credits instead of faction points.
- Tried the L9 Aliens at every NPC (including the V'rix on Primus Planet) in Earth and Beyond with no actions (Antikubuki 8/25/23)
