Proconsul Dionysius Kerr has has received a report of Renegade Progen in the Neptune sector. This sector is Earthcorps controlled and Progen are not allowed to conduct operations. You need to get your foot in the door.
Steps
- Travel to the Neptune sector in Sol and speak with Captain Vertize about the report.
- You are going to have to prove to the Captain that he can trust you, go and kill the three starstruck belter foremen that he asked you to.
- The Starstruck belter foremen (CL22) can be found at the Abandoned Mining Station near Neptune Nav 4
- Return to the Captain and report on your victory.
