Notes

This item is one of two which are required to complete The Warder mission, which triggers the Celestial Warder Raid.
I farmed 10 of these from Zenshai (all types) over a 5 day period, 1739 kills, or a ~0.57% drop rate.
I then killed 1739 Ouroboros (all types) over a 4 day period and got 7 reports, or a ~0.40% drop rate.
However, these numbers should be taken with a huge grain of salt as per Hoeffding's inequality they provide only about a 90% confidence interval of p +/- ~2% (sqrt(log(2/0.1)/2*1739)) which is not very good. In order to have a 90% confidence interval of p +/- 0.1% for example, it would require more like ~650515 kills (log(2/0.1)/(2*(0.001^2))) - needless to say I won't be doing that so this is the best you're going to get!
