Overview
While making an agreement on the market, the phrase "contact me when you get to the civilized part of the universe" ever so often appears. Friendship 7 Recreation Port (commonly known as "F7") is that centre that travelers talk about. This fact has to do with the vast availability of components the traders have to offer, the factional benefits of the love-all attitude of InfinitiCorp and of course the position of F7 situated in the middle of the second biggest junction in space. Glenn connects with Carpenter (a weft location) and Slayton on one side, as well as Swooping Eagle (closet weft location) and Saturn on the other two sides. This is why F7 is the natural meeting place for travellers and also where much specialised core equipment is manufactured and sold.
The sector is built as a huge T-shaped junction with traffic coming from all directions. But being a heavily trafficked area is by no means Glenn's only purpose; there are three big fields of asteroids at hidden navs; an alien display exhibit; and also, once the most exciting of all - the Arena. Closed down a decade ago, this site was the proving ground for the modern day gladiator, warriors in vendettas or guilds trying to make a name for themselves. The enormous lounge in F7 Recreation Port was the home of betting, cheering, winning and losing but now only echoes of the lost era ring in the halls. Who knows when the mighty, notorious Arena will open its bloodstained gate again?
