Make Lyle a batch of Silicon Carbide 100 Grit and return it to him.

Steps

1. Return to Lyle with Silicon Carbide 100 Grit. He said it was made from some combination of Hydrogen, Carbon Dioxide, and Silicon.
   • L1 Hydrogen can be found in your noob starting area from L1 Gas Clouds, get 2x L2 Carbon Dioxide by mining L2 Gas Clouds around Jupiter, and 2x L1 Silicon which is refined from 5x Sand (Nav Tazeron in Kitara's Veil is great)
   • Hydrogen can be ripped from L1 Vortex Hydrogen Burst vendor sold component. Carbon Dioxide can be mined on Planet Inverness.
   • You can safely refine both Silicon Carbide 100 Grit which you will need for all these missions at this point.
   • Analyze the Basic Tool Repair you get as a reward for this mission. You will need it later to get other required components through dismantling.

Notes

• This mission sequence is fairly long AND you will likely need everything you make along the way before you are done. Do NOT throw anything out.
• Lyle is in the Grand Ole Homestead in the sector der Todesengel. You need the der Todesengel Gate Access Key to get in. Get the key by doing the Condolences mission chain.
