Steps

1. Speak with Warden Ophant on Detention Center Onorom
2. Find and defeat any three CL 35 Dai Dai Lo Elite Red Dragons. You can find them in multiple places such as Muspelheim, Ragnarok, Cooper, and Glory's Orbit.
   • The pirate gate in Grissom has a bunch
   • NOTE: Can be grouped, all get credit.
3. Return the Red Dragon prisoners to Warden Ophant for interrogation
   • Completing this step rewards 5,000 Combat XP
4. While Warden Ophant interrogates your prisoners, you've been tasked with delivering some POW's to Androzari in Menorb.
   • Talk to Lotus Blossom to complete this step and receive 5,000 Trade XP
5. Return to Warden Ophant and find out any information extracted.
6. Deliver the information to Gratis Augustus Var on Arx Tiberius, Tarsis.
