To gain favor with the Chavez, bring them refinable ore.
Steps
- Bring a stack of raw Boronite ore to the Chavez Mining Outpost
- Tarsis is the best place to find this. 60-90 per clear of the sector. Ignore the tech2 glowing roids and just get the tech3+ ones. Also pop rocks.
- Ishuan has 5 fields containing lvl 3-4 Glowing Asteroids from which this can be mined:
- Traders Run 6
- Traders Run 3
- Castor Skyway 2
- Centus
- Little Rock
- Boronite can also be ripped from DA3 Solid Propellant available for sale at Somerled Station, Inverness Down or Adriel Mining Station
- Also check Menorb.
- Requires 300 (one full stack) and Rewards 250 Chavez Faction
- Bring a stack of raw Chromium Ore to the Chavez Mining Outpost
- Requires 300 (one full stack)
- Rewards 500 Chavez Faction
- Bring a stack of raw Stygian Blacksand to the Chavez Mining Outpost
- Requires 300 (one full stack)
- Rewards 800 Chavez Faction
- Bring a stack of raw Aesirium Ore to the Chavez Mining Outpost
- Requires 300 (one full stack)
- Rewards 1,500 Chavez Faction
- You might not want to do this last one. A stack of this ore is worth about 4.7 million and would earn you a bucket-load of Explore XP for refining it and Trade XP for trading it, Aesirium Ore is fairly rare and it'll take you a very long time to find this much. It would be much faster to kill The Red Dragon for Chavez and then V'rix to get The Red Dragon back.
Notes
- This mission is not repeatable (as if anyone would be mad enough to complete this multiple times, let alone once)
- You cannot forfeit this mission but you can decline to continue after each turn-in and it will be removed from your mission log.
- If you do this you WILL NOT be able to take it again or pick back up where you left off.
