Gold Token Seller (see Agrippa Walkthrough).
It is recommended for PPs (at least) to talk to this NPC, as Architecti Composita will not give you Agrippa Component-building missions until you have helped Beneficium Suggero first. This "help" takes the form of giving him a 30,000 credit bribe.
After this short mission, he reverts to his function as a vendor of the Advanced Progen Unique Trade Token (aka the "Gold Token"). These sell for 20 million credits (if you don't have the Negotiate skill). Other NPCs in the lounge at Arx Magister will trade you a Silver Token in exhange for the Gold one. The Silver Tokens are needed for Agrippa missions.
