Steps

1. Find all four data fragments, the bogeril table of contents and the manifest epilogue then return to Sergeant Jones om EarthCorps High Command (Zweihander, Alpha Centauri)

   • Data Fragment UR
   • Data Fragment LR
   • Manifesto Epilogue
   • Manifesto Table of Contents
2. Speaking to Sergeant Jones with all 6 items in hold will complete the mission

Notes

• All 4 data fragments and the Manifest Epilogue are dropped from higher level mobs that are grouped in threes in der Todesengel. Bring some friends!!
• Access to der Todesengel will require at least CL30 and the completion of both Condolences and The Lucky Charm missions
• Fragments are not tradeable

• After completion you do not receive any Item or recipe, but you can ask Jones to read the Entire manifesto.

• There is a recipe for the fragments in the Net-7 DB, https://www.net-7.org/#item/Manifesto+Preramble. At this point it is unknown how to receive this recipe (software L1). It could be a part of an unfinished questline related to the Day-O-Reckoning Raid(speculation)
