• Only pilots with the Build Reactors skill (JEs, JSs, and PPs) will be offered the above missions.
• JEs, JSs, and PPs do not need their Build Reactor skill trained to lvl 7 to get the missions or receive the Blueprints. (You will not be able to use the blueprint until you train the skill to the proper level, however).
