Kigoshi Saruta will help you rebuild the Oni Communication Device as long as she is nowhere near when you activate it.
Steps
- Find a person experienced with magnets who can help redesign the Colloidal Magnetic Transmitter
- Go to Dahin Mining Interest and see Zachariah Garrett
- Bring Zachariah Garret a CE3K X93 Relay, a Brimstone Alchemist and a piece of Star Steel
- Search for the designer of the Comm Shielding Array in the radiated area of Xipe Totec
- The Reclaimer is at (x: -33, y:-15) in the center of the navs behind the line.
- Deliver news of the Reclaimer's survival to the nearest Progen station to Xipe Totec.
- Go to Detention Center Onorom in Asteroid Belt Gamma. Talk to the station using the Talk-button next to the dock button
- Return to the Reclaimer (Kole Vidius) in Xipe Totec.
Getting the mission
- Kill Oni in Xipe Totec or just look around for a spaced Slagged Oni Communication Device as people frequently space them. Try around the Continuum Wrinkle.
- Make sure you loot it on a JE, PS, or TT (this mission is for the PS version). You will need L9 Build Devices.
- Go to Yasuragi and talk to Kigoshi Saruta with it in your cargo hold. You should get a special dialog option "You! Don't move! Where did you find this Slagged Oni Communication device in your cargo hold?"
