One of the easier methods to obtain this if you have a reactor builder is from the Cygnus NGC 9 which drops fairly regularly from the CL54 Voltoi Xax.
This component is harder for builders to acquire and analyse for free, as it can only be obtained with the help of raiding parties. As indicated below, some of the following items may be purchased at vendors and broken down for the part, but this method can cost many millions of credits (i.e. not only can the analysis fail, but the part might not drop from the disassembly of the purchased item).
