Component-building is a skill available to pilots in the Trader profession (JSs, PPs, TTs). While in the Live version of ENB (2002-2004) you needed player-made 200%-quality components in order to improve your chances of making a 200%-quality item of ship equipment, in the ENB Emulator this requirement no longer exists and it is easier to simply buy components from a station vendor. However, for rare (non-buyable) components this skill is most valuable, especially at higher component levels.

When logging-in at a build terminal though, finding your Component blueprints/recipes in the terminal's interface can be bit of a challenge, as the main category menu gives little indication as to where a sub-category is to be found!

The table at left will help you to find where it's to be found in the build-terminal menu interface, as long as you know your desired component's sub-category (findable in the component's wiki article, its Net-7 Database page, and its in-game properties window),

While the table will help you with finding the build-terminal menu location for all components, please note that the categories below don't contain every component in the Net-7 Database. Only the most commonly searched components have a page, as nobody has yet volunteered to grind through the task of entering each and every one into the wiki!
