This Program is embedded in every Stage III item of Agrippa Technology and can only be obtained from Architecti Composita in exchange for the device Security Optimal Override Alpha if the participant has excellent Collegia Faction.

Notes:

• IMPORTANT: You need 10x Security Optimal Override Alphas to obtain the L9 Stage III Encryption component.
• The option to trade SSOAs with Architecti Composita is only available to Stage III participants with the Build Devices skill: Progen Sentinels, Terran Tradesman, and Jenquai Seekers.
• You trade 10x SSOAs for up to 10x Stage III Encryptions. If you have bad Collegia Faction or your Red Dragon faction and InfinitiCorp faction is too good, you get less than 10 Encryptions (10, 7, or 4) for the 10x SSOAs you turn in.

The Stage III Encryption is one of the components required to build the following:

• L9 Tactical Advantage Omega (device)
• L9 Ambush Omega (reactor)
• L9 Skirmish Omega (shield)
• L9 Flechette Omega (projectile launcher)
