Notes

• This is one of the components required to make the L7 Face of the Ten-Gu (Fishbowl Raid) and The Fishmaster 2000 (Tada-O Gate Raid).
• The feather can drop from all CL 42+ RDs....but the 46s have the smallest loot table...so they have the best chance.......by quite a bit.
• Average RD faction hit, to obtain a feather, is -2,000 faction....so be ready to kill a lot of RDs.
