This single-use device opens a wormhole directly into the docking-bay of Paramis Station, located in Paramis sector, Smuggler's Run system, which is restricted space controlled by the Red Dragon pirates. Pilots who do not have >= 2000 faction-standing with the Red Dragons can use the Key, but on leaving the station, they will not be able to re-enter. Such pilots will, however, be able to use the gate leading to the other RD-controlled sector, Blackbeard's Wake.
The 1 Time Station Key P device can only be used once: it is destroyed in the course of performing its function.
