Speak with Rashid Bandy to follow the path of learning Negotiation.

Steps

1. Speak with Crayden Marco on Azmundi Maru.
   • Crayden Marco is the trade-goods vendor in the station Bazaar/vendor zone
2. Get the parts from Ichiro on Ishuan Station in the Castor System.
   • Follow the path of enlightment in your answers
   • 10000 Explore XP, 10000 Trade XP
3. Bring the parts to Crayden Marco on Azmundi Maru in Ganymede.
   • 3000 credits
   • 10000 Trade XP
4. Return to Rashid Bandy on Azmundi Maru.
   • At this point Rashid will give you Bandy's Boosters.

Notes

• While the skills panel on a new JS does not list a level requirement for this, you cannot obtain the mission before completing your first hull upgrade mission, Data Dumping, which implicitly makes the OL requirement 10.
• I tried to get it at OL 7 and OL 11 both before completing Data Dumping, and he would not offer it and told me that when I had completed my hull upgrade mission he would train me.
• While the summary mission text in-game does indeed say Negotiation (capitalized just like that, implying something), the skill is called Negotiate.
