Buffs:

• Reactor Interrupt (Activated): Stops all Reactor Recharge for 64.00 seconds to enemy when activated.
• Improved Combat Trance (Equip): Improves Combat Trance effectiveness by 3.33(4.43) Skill Level(s) when equipped.
• Improved Shield Inversion (Equip): Improves Shield Inversion damage by 5.40(7.18) per seconds while equipped.
• Equipment Damage Magnification - Shield (Equip): Decreases a shield's effectiveness at sustaining damage by 20% when equipped.

• Warriors only

• The Shatter range of devices is made in a number of levels:

• L3 Shatter Tria
• L4 Shatter Quattuor
• L5 Shatter Quinque
• L6 Shatter Senio
• L7 Shatter Septem
• L8 Shatter Octo
• L8 V'rix Modified Shatter
• L9 Shatter Novem (not usable by anyone, shouldn't exist)

• The V'rix Modified Shatter device is the only one which may be used by Warriors from all races, the rest are Progen Warrior only.

  Oddly this is an item that no one can use so it represents a bug and shouldn't even exist. It is only usable by Progen Warriors and they cannot use L9 devices.
