Refresh Line
The common feature to all levels is an activatable "Recharge Shields" buff which confers a lesser rate of shield recharge for a period of time. At higher levels, Refresh devices also inflict an "Equipment Damage Magnification - Hull" debuff.
These models are only usable by Progen Sentinels.

Refuge Line
The common feature to all levels is an activatable "Recharge Shields" buff which confers a greater rate of shield recharge for a period of time. At higher levels, Refuge devices also give an "Equipment Damage Control - Shields" buff.
These models are only usable by Progen Sentinels.
