The Pyxis range of devices is made in two lines and a number of levels:

The Pyxis Australis range creates visibility which is much more substantial than the Borealis range, but for a shorter duration. These models are only usable by Jenquai Defenders.
Pyxis Borealis Line The common feature to all levels is an activatable "Increase Ship Signature" buff which increases the signature of enemy ships for a period of time. The Pyxis Borealis range creates less visibility than the Australis range, but the effect lasts longer. These models are only usable by Jenquai pilots.
