• Although "not usable by anyone", great resource to rip Reclaimed Manes Essence, one of the required parts to assemble a Colloidal Magnetic Transmitter used for the Oni Communication Device Raid. A person working to assemble this raid trigger device might argue it "should exist"!

  Oddly this is an item that no one can use so it represents a bug and shouldn't even exist. It is only usable by Terran Traders and they cannot use L9 devices.
