The common feature to all levels is an activatable "Equipment Engineering" buff. These models are only usable by Terran Tradesmen.

The common feature to all levels is a passive "Equipment Engineering" buff. There are no race or professsion restrictions for these models.

Bugs

Oddly this is an item that no one can use so it represents a bug and shouldn't even exist. It is only usable by Terran Traders and they cannot use L9 devices.
