There is a cult following growing in Paramis.

Steps

1. Speak to the Disciple.
   • Talk to the Disciple of Edward Teach at <33.18, -142.09, 0.00> in Paramis (NOT Servant of Edward Teach!)
2. Prove yourself worthy: Speak to the Disciple of Edward Teach.
   • Talk to the Disciple of Edward Teach again.
3. Prove yourself worthy: Acquire a Contained Voltoi Essence.
4. Return to the Disciple.
   • Talk to the Disciple of Edward Teach again.
5. Travel to Xipe Totec sector
6. Meditate at the Rift of Space and Time (hidden Nav "Continuum Wrinkle" at (96.10, 13.52), just go there and sit still until the mission advances to Stage 7. Radiation area will damage your hull, even when your shield is still up.
7. Find out what the Oni want (the Continuum Wrinkle has grown a chat bubble, talk to it)
8. Go back to Paramis and talk to "Disciple of Edward Teach" at (33.18, -142.09)
9. Kill 12 Chavez Commanders, around "Secret Chavez Head Quarters" at (117.72, 27.25) in Paramis. Just east of the Nav "Path of Black Dragon Uhr".
10. Return to "Disciple of Edward Teach" at (33.18, -142.09)
11. Go back to the "Secret Chavez Head Quarters" at (117.72, 27.25) in Paramis, talk to it ( it grew a chat bubble) and kill the CL63 that spawns. ATTENTION: it doesn't spawn alone and you won't kill it without help.
12. Return to "Disciple of Edward Teach" at (33.18, -142.09)
13. Report your success. Now you need to actually have a CVE ("Yes i have the essence" - advance to step 14; "No. I will aquire one and return" speaks for itself)
14. Meditate at "Blackbeard's (Teach's) Memorial" at (24.34, -134.82, -1.10) in Paramis (actually right next to the Disciple). Just sit there for some seconds until mission advances.
15. Present the CVE to the Memorial. retarget it and use the chat bubble. NOTE: you will lose the CVE.
16. Done. You now own a L8 Waking Nightmare device and have obtained some 8k of each XP. You can now activate the Ghost of Blackbeard Raid.
