Allows analysis and manufacture of reactors of a level equal to or below the skill level, and increases the quality of manufactured reactors.
The Build Reactors skill is one of the most difficult build skills to obtain (tied for the fewest professions and at the highest levels to obtain the skill) and is fundamental to constructing the reactors that are the source of power for every pilot's ships' equipment.
