Steps
- Inverness Down Station needs a chemical inhibiting device. Maks Babin told you to go see Julie Bristol on Earth Station.
- You need to pay 25000 credits to advance.
- After being robbed of 25000 credits by that ever-devious Julie Bristol, you need to take the device back to Maks Babin on Inverness Down. (They are also sold in Adriel Prime and Margesi).
- Return to Maks Babin.
