Steps

1. You've learned how to dismantle and manufacture components. You might take the recipe given: L1 Electro AI InfoROM v2.0, L1 K3 Voltage Regulator, and a L2 Electro Force 10K to make an experimental design. Talk to Katlyn again to get this information loaded into your PDA.
2. Now, make one and show that you understand how it works! Return to Katlyn once you've built a Dragon's Horde. Shhh. Its a secret to everyone!
   • Buy the comps from Earth station and build a L1 Dragon's Horde device
   • You need to have finished Build Chemical Resistance Device to complete this mission.
