This sector is a battle-front between Terran Alliance and Progen Combine factions: you will need to align with one or the other, if you wish to gain access to this sector. Choosing a side is optional for all pilots. If you wish to do so, take the mission A Choice To Be Made. Allegedly you must be OL75 to enter Moto, but the mission has an OL30 requirement.
