Steps

1. Purchas Exorcist Rounds from the Bazaar. One stack of ammo is recommended. Then return to Minda.
2. Kill a few Devil Spawn at Psionic Emitter 1.
   • You need to kill 5 L0 Devil Spawn. They are around the nav, not exactly at the nav.
3. Return to Minda after you have killed at least five.

• Minda tells you to visit Tovar Maxe at Level 3.
