Administrator Luzzini is rumored to have access to a new scout weapon - something certainly worth looking into.

Steps

1. Bring Administrator Luzzini two of each of the following refined ores: Arthurian Plastic, Thothium, Trosekium, and Erebusite.
   • Administrator Luzzini is at Guiana Space Port in Equatorial Earth sector
   • Completing this step rewards 5,000 Explore XP and Trade XP.
   • During the dialog he makes a mention about having to refine the ore yourself; don't worry, you don't have to do that.
2. Bring Administrator Luzzini the following components: Warlock Summoner, Warlock Wand MT, Sensor-Reflective Plating.
   • Completing this step rewards 5,000 Combat XP and Trade XP.
3. Bring Administrator Luzzini some chocolate.
   • Chocolate is a L2 trade good sold by Jess Edarte in Somerled Station in Tau Ceti.
   • He will also charge you 1,700,000 Credits at this point.

Walkthrough

1. Gather the following ores and refine them or rip from components:
   • Need two of each refined resource:

   • 2 Arthurian Plastic / 10 Grail Water
   • 2 Thothium / 10 Thothium Ore
   • 2 Trosekium / 10 Troseki Ore
   • 2 Erebusite / 10 Raw Erebusite Ore

2. Gather the following components:
   • L9 Warlock Summoner - purchased from Paramis Station
   • L9 Warlock Wand MT - drops in Antares from CL 58 Blinding Voltoi Deviant
   • L8 Sensor-Reflective Plating (CL48 Veteran Dragon Drone in Blackbeard's Wake and CL46 Hung Kwan Initiate Red Dragon in Cooper)
   • L2 Chocolate sold by Jess Edarte in Somerled Station
