Buffs:
- Improved Enrage: Increase Enrage Effectiveness by 3.00(3.99) Skill Level(s) when equipped.
- Improved Menace: Increases Menace Effectiveness by 3.00(3.99) Skill Level(s) when equipped.
- See Cloaked(Activated): Allows a ships scanners to detect cloaked objects for 30 seconds when activated.
- Weaken Impact (Activated): -25.0(-33.2) Impact Deflect for 192(255) seconds to enemy when activated.

- Progen only
