Steps

1. Deliver the ransom to the Bogeril Negotiation Vessel in Witberg and open talks
   • do NOT remove the Gold Bullion from your hold
2. select choice a. -- hand over the money
   • you do not receive the reporter in your hold in exchange -- this is normal
3. return and report to Captain Braun in the lobby of EarthCorps High Command in Zweihander
