Certain ships are causing unwanted problems in Neptune.

Steps

1. Destroy 5 Freespacer Vagabonds in Neptune.
   • these are CL 22 and may be found in the center of the nav ring; their missiles do Explosive damage
2. Report your success to Captain Vertize.
3. Disrupt the Belters. Destroy 8 Starstuck Belters in Neptune.
   • these Belters are CL 20 and found near Neptune Nav 4; they use short range beams doing Energy damage
4. End the Belter mining operation. Destroy 2 Starstruck Belter Foreman in Neptune.
   • the Foreman is CL 22 and uses short range Energy and EMP beams
5. Report your success to Captain Vertize.
   • If you have a Radio Flyer on this toon already (e.g., from trade) you have to move it to another toon for the mission to complete.

Notes

Expect it to take around 2 hours (assuming you have a JE to taxi you, and that JE has the Witberg WH) to obtain this item, if you are starting from the first quest (Scout Neptune). The main reason it takes so long is because the quest keeps requiring you to return to the dock and speak face-to-face, sometimes multiple times per mission.
