Steps
- Destroy 12 Abnormal Moles (CL 12) in Neptune.
- try the 'roids near Neptune Nav 2 or Nav 3
- Report your success to Captain Vertize.
- Locate the Satellite at Neptune Nav 2.
- click on the dialogue box for the Nav to spawn the target Satellite
- Destroy the Spectre Model ZR1 Satellite.
- Drops Searching Eye
- Satellite is CL 15; resists Plasma
- Return to Captain Vertize in Neptune.
